Shipping Information

All UK orders are sent free of charge by 2nd class post via Royal Mail and are processed within 5 working days of payment being received. Our orders will be processed between Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time for posting your order in busy periods such as Christmas. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can. 

If you need your order quickly or would prefer your parcel to be tracked, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange this for you. 

Returns

We hope you will love your order. Unfortunately, due to items being made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. If your item is not in the condition you expected please email us on hello@dotdach.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
